At Empower PT our goal is to provide private treatments that focus solely on YOU and your needs.
Due to increasing restrictions placed by insurance companies, patients are receiving less individual care and are often seen in a multi-patient environment. Patients receive less one-on-one time with their therapist and are often discharged before reaching full recovery.
These restrictions do not exist at Empower PT.
At Empower PT, we teach you movement freedom through individual attention with a hands on approach. We want to be your personal physical therapist, movement advocate, and cheerleader for reaching your health goals. We are not restricted to one body part, diagnosis, or number of sessions.
Although we are not in-network with any healthcare insurance, we are able to provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company. This is a receipt with all of the information that your insurance company requires for an insurance claim. Depending on your insurance plan, submitting a superbill may enable you to receive reimbursement from your insurance company based on your out-of-network benefits. Please contact your insurance company directly to receive details on your benefits.
In addition, Empower PT does accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) cards.
Please use the following questions as a general guide for your first appointment with us, in addition to giving you a better idea of what a session with Empower would look like.
If you have any additional questions please feel free to call us at (813) 508-2553 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
