Holli Finneren

Physical Therapist

Holli is a licensed physical therapist. Prior to moving to Florida in late 2020, Holli spent time working in multiple outpatient settings in Washington, DC and Hawaii, giving her the opportunity to work with active individuals of all age ranges, recreational athletes, as well as full time professional athletes looking to overcome injury and prevent future recurrence. She enjoys helping her clients develop a better understanding of their own body and movement patterns while reaching pain free activity and improved quality of life. Holli uses a heavy emphasis of manual hands-on therapy during her treatments.

After graduating from Georgia Southern University with a B.S. in Kinesiology and minor in psychology Holli pursued her Doctor of Physical Therapy at The George Washington University. Upon graduating with her DPT in 2012 she began working in outpatient orthopedics, honing her skills and passion for helping her clients optimize movement and performance. After 7 years of working in outpatient orthopedics in Washington, DC Holli relocated to Hawaii where she gained experience working in assisted living facilities, a spine center and outpatient orthopedics. Holli is committed to providing the best and most effective treatment techniques to every client, always striving to learn the most innovative techniques, theories and evidence-based methods available.

When not treating clients, Holli is working on her own triathlon performance – striving for progress not perfection – as well as coaching individual athletes. After 11 Ironman finishes, including 2 at the Ironman World Championship in Kona, HI, Holli made the leap to competing as a professional triathlete in 2020. She is eager and ready to help you reach your performance goals in life and sport.  Away from work Holli also enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, discovering new and different adventures in Florida.
