Our Empower Process
Physical therapy begins with a comprehensive assessment where you’ll receive:
evaluation of your strength, mobility, balance, postural alignment and functional limitations,
initial treatment based on the evaluation,
a personalized home exercise program,
and education specific to your movement needs and source of pain.
This assessment is 75 minutes and $250.
Follow Up Sessions
After your initial evaluation, follow up sessions are 50 minute one-on-one appointments with your therapist.
They can include hands-on manual therapy, individualized therapeutic exercises, and movement education based on what your body needs that day. Appointment prices range from $200-$230.
