We are located in a blue strip building off of Armenia and slightly north of Swann. Look for a small entrance north of the building with free parking along the building. If there is no parking along the building you may use street parking on Armenia or on the street past the parking lot.

Empower PT accepts cash, check, and card payments. If you choose to pay with a debit or credit card there will be a 2.6% service charge applied to your total payment. If you would like to avoid this service charge we recommend paying with cash or check.
If you are running late we ask that you contact us via text through our business line, (813) 508-2553. If you must cancel, please know that all cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the cost of the appointment or loss of an appointment from your package.
All clients receive one free late cancellation per year for all Empower services.
Edit as of 5/3/2021: Gov. DeSantis issued an executive order suspending all local COVID-19 restrictions. Due to this, Empower PT does not require face masks while in the studio. However, if you prefer to wear a mask, you are encouraged to do so. All team members are more than happy to wear a mask during your treatment time if requested. As a business, we strive to ensure your safety by cleaning all equipment and high touch points between each client.

Empower PT is a spacious and private setting that allows for social distancing to be maintained.
If you have any special requests for your instructor or therapist please feel more than welcome to share those with them so they can make you feel as safe as possible.
Yes, all services have an intake form that must be completed. The link to the form can be found within your confirmation email from our scheduling program, Acuity Scheduling. If you do not complete your intake form prior to arrival, please arrive 5 minutes early to allow for optimal evaluation and service time.
