Massage Therapist (Part-Time, Opportunity To Grow)

Location: Tampa Bay

Pay: $30–$40/hour + 100% of tips from private-pay clientele

Schedule: Weekdays, Optional Saturdays

Position Overview

We are seeking a part-time Massage Therapist with the opportunity to grow within the company. This role is ideal for a therapist who values clinical collaboration, meaningful client relationships, and long-term professional growth.

This is not a short-term or “clock-in, clock-out” position. We are looking for someone who wants to build a home, contribute to a team, and grow alongside our practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide both therapeutic and relaxation massage

• Customize techniques based on client needs and preferences

• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and follow treatment recommendations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment space

• Communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and via email

• Attend studio meetings and team events

• Assist administrative staff with scheduling when needed

• Utilize scheduling and communication platforms (Acuity, Google Workspace, Trello)

Requirements

• Valid Massage Therapy License

• Minimum 1 year of massage therapy experience

• Valid Driver’s License

• Ability to pass a background check
