No, Empower PT is not in-network with any medical insurance. However, we can provide a receipt (called a superbill) that you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

No referral is needed to start care—Florida allows direct access to physical therapy.
However, if you plan to seek insurance reimbursement, your provider may require a referral for coverage.
