About Empower
For over 10 years, Empower PT has helped active adults in the Tampa Bay area live healthier, happier lives through private physical therapy, Pilates, and functional training. Most of our sessions are one-on-one, ensuring each client receives the highest level of individualized care.
What Makes Pilates at Empower Different?
Pilates at Empower PT is delivered through private and semi-private sessions. Instructors must be comfortable working with clients of all levels and be able to modify both classical and contemporary exercises to meet individual needs. We utilize more than just the classical Pilates repertoire—sessions often incorporate functional strength, balance training, and movement education.
As part of your initial training, you will complete observation and hands-on mentorship with our team. This ensures you are not only a great Pilates instructor but also a well-rounded movement educator.
Empower PT is more than just a workplace—we are a close-knit team dedicated to educating, motivating, and empowering our clients through healthy movement. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and strives to exceed expectations.
